The location was convenient. many restaurants were nearby! and the metro was easily accessible. the staff were helpful and friendly. i found the breakfast buffet to be reasonably priced. It had a lot of options. the shower was also a good size.

the room felt quite small for a beautiful double room sofa. there was limited space to open my suitcase. the elevator service was slow. only one lift was working .

the hotel is near metro stations and about 2 km from the louvre. it is situated on a quiet street, which makes for safe surroundings. plenty of cafés, restaurants, and points of interest are in walking distance.

the staff were polite and friendly at check-in. they made the process easy and also helped hold my bags. they were also quite helpful and accommodating .

lacking atmospheresmall room

I found a couple of things frustrating . The lack of a proper bar area was disappointing. There was no real atmosphere (which is something I value). the room I initially got was quite small, though I did manage to get an upgrade on the spot. (Still, it shouldn't have been small in the first place!)
